South Bank Bar - The biggest sports bar in Nottingham, showing all major sporting events on multiple screens. A great place to visit during the day or to start your evening. Flares/ Reflex - Two clubs next door to each other in the city centre, both great party type clubs that open until late. Flares is a 70’s theme club, all the music played is from that era, whereas Reflex is an 80’s themed club. You'll get FREE front of queue entry to either club. Mention Party Weekends at the bar and you will be able to buy a bottle of celebratory bubbly for £2 (instead of £5).
Halo - Halo is one of the top clubs in Nottingham with 3 rooms and 4 bars .Every Friday is Branded night, Room 1 Dance anthems from 11pm, Lounge bar 70’s 80’s disco from 10pm, Room 2 Commercial R&B. from 11.30pm. LAP DANCING
If you're going to Nottingham, then visiting one of the best Lap Dancing clubs in the UK is an absolute must! The girls are gorgeous.

PAINTBALL
You're crouched inside a wooden hut, squeezed into a corner to minimise yourself as a target. You hear yourself swallow as your stomach twists itself into another knot. Your eyes stare, searching the undergrowth.
Its still, then suddenly trembles. A menacing masked face stares back.
BLAM! The shot whines past your ear and snaps you out of your trance.
You fire back. WHAM! You miss, but only just. You've unnerved him and he breaks for cover, diving to his left. For a split second he's fully exposed, but you're ready. BLAM! There is an explosion of colour as you finds the target.
All players are equipped with the latest easy-to-use semi automatic Paintball guns, biodegradable paintballs, full camouflage coveralls, padded headgear and full face Paintball goggles. Everyone will have a minimum of 5 games – all posing interesting challenges for you and your team.

GO-KARTING
This superb tailor made Le`Mans Team Endurance event runs for approximately two hours and includes: - Race suits, helmets, gloves and a drivers briefing.
An endurance team race with Le Mans running start, full race commentary, on track interviews, pit stops, driver changes and fuel stops. The emphasis is on FUN!!!!! . To round off the meeting there is a selection of trophies and a bottle of bubbly for the winners at the awards presentation.

POLE DANCING LESSON
Ladies, learn to be your own private dancer.
A one hour lesson from the experts, on a Saturday afternoon.
You'll learn pole dancing from the experts. Have a few drinks while you watch
your friends, then go for it. This is a fantastic way to warm up for your big
night out.
It's got to be money well spent!

SALSA DANCING LESSON
The name "salsa" correctly describes the flavor of this dance: hot! Danced correctly, there's a lot of shakin', shimmying, and hip action going on. Don't be deterred—you can learn how to achieve all of this action.
The basic step of salsa can be accomplished with less than 10 minutes of practice.
You'll get a forty five minute lesson from the experts, on the art of
Salsa Dancing.
You can then practice your new moves, as you Salsa the night away!

IT'S A KNOCKOUT
Remember Stuart Hall's original It's A Knockout with Eddie Waring's commentary? Compete using the actual props from the series. We put the girls versus the boys, which adds to the fun! The It's A Knockout is based about 15 minutes from the city centre of Nottingham. The duration of the event is dependant on the number of teams but it could last anything between 1.5 and 3 hours starting at 1pm each Saturday. All games are scored so that everyone is competing for the coveted prize of a bottle of bubbly. There will be six games in the event. Below are the main combinations that run but these can be subject to change. Magic Carpet Capers, Penguin Pursuit, Schoolboy Holiday, Slippery Slope, Funnel Tunnels, Bomb the Castle
This is a great way to work up a thirst and have a real laugh and find out if your team is better than Belgium!.

RALLY DRIVING
This is the closest you can get to competing in a rally car. You will drive Peugeot 205's built to MSA regulations, including seat harnesses, roll cages etc and fitted with top quality integrated helmet intercom systems.
You will receive full briefing in a lecture room, instruction and tuition on how to drive the car before going up against the clock – and your friends.
This is a truly exhilarating and exciting Rally Experience.
You must have a driving licence.

CLAY PIGEON SHOOTING
All competitors get a 15 minute briefing on gun safety in the lecture room before tuition starts.
Choose from the deluxe package which includes 25 clays or the basic package with 13 clays.

HOVERCRAFTING
Can you fly a single engine craft round a prepared course?
If so, you'll get the chance to move up to the Twin Engine Formula 1 craft which is super quick!
You'll get full instruction, and you need to be 17 years or over to take part.
This really is a brilliant experience!

MOTOR MAYHEM
How about you and a mate trying to control a speeding Peugeot 205 Rally car around an obstacle course. It's bound to lead to arguments, but it's a great laugh!
Forward facing driver has steering wheel, starter key (linked to left foot engine cut out pedal) and clutch under right foot. Rear facing driver has gear stick, brake and accelerator. We don't advise recording the experience, as the language wouldn't be suitable for those of a nervous disposition.
